​ ALL deposits are non-refundable (unless we cancel in writing before setup had begun)!
Final payment is due 72 hrs. prior to the picnic - NO exceptions.

Picnics paid in full and canceled within 48 hrs. are not refundable.
​​​This is an outdoor event that could be effected by weather.

***Please be sure to have all your picnic details finalized BEFORE sending a deposit.
ANY change to your order after booking will be charged a $50 fee plus any additional charge for new service request...adding guests, menu changes, new date, etc.
Please make a note on your payment telling us the date of your picnic.

Paypal payment must include a $10 per hundred fee. You must add this to the amount you send. Please note your picnic date please.
