Deposits and Payments

 

* We can not accept a credit card over the phone.

Holiday decorating services  requires 1/2 deposit to book (non-refundable)

balance due 7 days prior to service. 

 

To book a complete picnic a deposit is required!

(additional $150 if you bring ANY food or drink to cover damages should any occur)

There is a $75 deposit if you will have any guests under 10 years old (refundable with no damage to items)

 

 ALL deposits are non-refundable! 

Final payment is due 72 hrs. prior to the picnic - NO exceptions. We are not required to send a reminder.

If for some reason the location you chose is not accessible or roadways are closed in the vicinity an alternative location will be chosen by us and shared with you asap!

We do not cancel due to wind or cold weather or red tide unless our team deems it to be severe.

If weather is an issue, we are happy to setup indoors or

will try our best to move your picnic to another date (if not begun setup). (within 7 days)

Picnics paid in full and canceled within 72 hrs. are not refundable period.

Cancelations due to rain chance 20% or more (we cancel) refund is amount of total less deposit and food costs and special items ordered for your unique picnic.

***Please be sure to have all your picnic details finalized BEFORE sending a deposit.

ANY change to menu, decor, theme or location-date after booking will be charged a $25 fee plus any additional charge for new service request...adding guests, menu changes, etc.

Please make a note on your payment telling us the date of your picnic.

If you have less guests than anticipated the picnic will not be discounted due to no shows.
