I'm ready to book a picnic, what's next?

Your personal experience starts with a consultation. You share your vision with us, and we come up with a package to fit your needs! We schedule your picnic date, location, start time and menu choices with a low deposit to secure your appointment. You may choose to add services like professional photography and personalized items at this time too. The day of you will be contacted by us to confirm everything. Your picnic must be paid in full 48 hrs. prior to your booking to insure we have ample time to order food and get all of the items needed.

What if the weather is bad?

We watch the skies closely. If it looks like rain or bad weather 20% chance or more, we are happy to set up your luxury picnic at an indoor location of your choice or reschedule for another day. Your final payment made 48 hrs. before the picnic will be refunded if we cancel due to rain possibilities (less food costs). Your deposit is non-refundable to cover our costs up to that point. If you cancel and there is NOT a rain chance of 20% or more the final payment made is not refundable. We do not cancel due to windy conditions, red tide (as each person experiences this differently) or cold weather.

 

What's allowed on the beach?

The great news is we are beach experts! We bring everything to make your picnic perfect! Glass is prohibited so we bring beautiful plastic items instead. We secure everything so you won't need to worry about items blowing away! Campfires, fireworks and candles are not allowed on our beaches but thanks to flameless candles you won't miss out on a romantic ambience. ALL beaches on AMI are alcohol free....that being said should YOU decide to bring additional beverages (any) there is a $150 deposit to cover damages should they occur. Any items you bring must be removed by you at the end of the picnic in order to receive your deposit back after we verify there is no damage to our amazing decor. If you have any guests under 10 you must include a refundable $75 deposit ( refunded on site once we verify no damage has occured)

What happens after the picnic?

We will have a picnic partner  there when you arrive to be sure the picnic stays perfect from set up until you arrive. A team member will be there to clean up when your time is up too, so you won't need to hang around waiting for someone to come clean up. We take care of all the trash and recycle what's used. We wash all cloth items between guests to ensure everything is clean and ready for you.
